1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a vvp555 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee or director of vvp555 or any of its affiliates.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by vvp555 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All wagering activity must be conducted for your own personal entertainment and using your own Funds.

vvp555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vvp555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify vvp555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• vvp555 reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to applicable notice requirements.
• Account closure requests submitted by the User will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Funds will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method following completion of KYC, less any applicable fees.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vvp555 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at the Company's discretion for any transaction.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM) — clear, unobscured photograph or scan of the original document.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In cases of large transactions, the Company may request documentation demonstrating the lawful source of funds used for wagering.

Documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal in the Account settings panel. vvp555 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. If additional documentation is required, the Company will notify you by email. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is fully satisfied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vvp555 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. Maximum single deposit: subject to your Account tier and the limits published in the banking section of the Platform.
• Accepted deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. vvp555 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate KYC review.
• Deposits are credited to your Account within three (3) to fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. In the event of a delay, contact [email protected] with your transfer reference number.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your Account tier limits published on the Platform.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless a formal change request has been approved by the Company following re-verification.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• Withdrawals requested on Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi — are processed on the next available business day, except for e-wallet withdrawals, which are processed automatically around the clock.
• vvp555 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days for the purposes of security review, fraud prevention, or pending KYC completion.
• Funds that originate from Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vvp555 offers a range of promotional Bonuses to eligible Users. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out below:

• Bonuses are available to verified Users aged 21 and over. vvp555 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any Bonus from any User at its sole discretion if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement applicable to all deposit-match Bonuses is twenty times (20x) the combined value of the deposit and Bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus being credited. Bonuses that expire before their Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless otherwise specified. Winnings generated from Bonus wagering count toward Wagering Requirements at the rate stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one Bonus may be active at any time per Account unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new Bonus while one is active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier Bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless explicitly permitted.
• Certain game categories (including live casino tables and progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

vvp555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Amendments will not affect Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by Users in good standing at the time of the change.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vvp555 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published by their respective software providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. In the event of any conflict between vvp555's general terms and a specific game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall prevail in respect of that game's mechanics and outcome determination.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated under studio conditions. Outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of personal expectation or perceived unfairness.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. vvp555 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. vvp555 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
• Bets placed on the sportsbook are subject to the odds and market rules in force at the time of bet placement. In-play bet acceptance is subject to latency and market suspension rules. vvp555 does not accept bets placed after an event outcome is known.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on the sportsbook are subject to specific settlement rules detailed in the sportsbook betting guide. A void selection in a mix parlay reduces the number of legs and recalculates the payout accordingly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvp555 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses, and may result in legal action:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time when communicating with the Company.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or exploit any aspect of the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") in any way. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error or palpable pricing mistake are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or in contravention of any applicable financial crime legislation.
• Depositing funds that originate from any illegal activity or that are the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to mask your true geographic location where such access would otherwise be prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the vvp555 support team or any other User of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

vvp555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and over. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within your Account settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive an on-screen notification when your time limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block yourself from accessing the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vvp555 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of vvp555 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of vvp555.
• The vvp555 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
• Game assets, including graphics, audio, and software code supplied by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by vvp555 under license.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvp555 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether caused by system downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies or errors in game outcomes caused by software faults, data feed interruptions, or third-party provider failures, where vvp555 has taken reasonable steps to detect and correct such errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, vvp555's total aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant claim.

12 Privacy & Data

vvp555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data — including your name, date of birth, Indonesian address, KTP or passport number, and payment method details — is collected for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. vvp555 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers and payment processors strictly for operational purposes.

13 Amendments

vvp555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on record at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter User rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vvp555 holds its international operating license.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation. Nothing in this clause limits vvp555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
